How to purchase your Nneuhs

Dailydozen online store is always available, and we process and ship orders as quickly as humanly possible (in accordance with our informations).

To start, check out our Dailydozen online store and make your selections.
Then, follow the onscreen directions for purchases. Your shipping charges, if any, are automatically computed at checkout, prior to the confirmation of your order. You'll receive instant order acknowledgement via email. Once the order has been processed and checked with our warehouse, your order will be packed and shipped. (Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.)

Do you accept international orders?

Yes.

We believe the internet sees no borders. We take all orders and we treat all orders with our highest level of attention.

What sort of payment methods do you accept?

PayPal.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our partner PayPal. You can either use Direct Paypal (if you already have an account, or you can sign-up for free) or use your credit card through Paypal's Website Payment Pro (without the need for a Paypal account sign-up).

Are refunds or exchanges available?

Yes.

We have a 30-day online purchase guarantee, reflecting the utmost confidence in our products. All you are responsible for is the shipping charges (both ways). We will process the exchanges and refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returns. Please make sure that all the billing and mailing info are correct with the proper contact name, email and telephone numbers.

For custom-made orders, obviously there are no exchanges or refunds.

How are orders shipped?

Free.

It will either be ground shipped or by regular registered airmail. Goods are shipped out from either our New York office or our Hong Kong office, depending on your location and the availabilities of the products.

Express shipping by EMS (subsidized by Dailydozen) is available at a small cost to you.

When will I receive my order?

For each order, please allow 48 hours to process and to verify. Free shipping should take 5-7 business days for delivery. Express shipping should get you the goods within 4 business days.

Online tracking?

Free shipping will come with a registered mail tracking number. Express shipping will come with an online tracking number.

Care of your Dailydozen goods

Dailydozen products are made of beautifully high quality leather. Grain and slight differences of color enhance the uniqueness and the characteristics of the material. They are natural, untreated (in most cases), and can spot and sometimes lose color. Unwashed denim are known to bleed indigo onto leather bags. Particular care is recommended for laminated metallic colors since contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause damage. As with all quality leather, they should be cared for with a weatherproof protection in usage.

Leather loses its strength with the present of water and moisture. In such case, stop using it, empty it out, and lay it flat for drying. Continuous lack of care when wet, hanging dry, etc. will "mold" and distort your purchase permanently and irreversibly.

Nothing in life is going to last forever. However, we would like to help keeping our products in shape and function well in your procession. All you have to do is to take a few pictures of the products, email them to repair, and we can discuss the course of action that needs to be taken. We won't do anything without your authorization.
