We always dream about unconditional free shipping for our personal online purchases. So, here it is! Shipping from Dailydozen online store is free. Goods are shipped out from either our New York office or our Hong Kong office, depending on your location and the availabilities of the products. It will either be ground shipping or regular registered airmail. It normally takes 5 -7 business days, no more than 2 weeks in transit.

The other option

If you are extremely impatient, we offer to subsidize your express shipping by EMS to make life easier.
For small goods, it's just US$5 and US$2.5 for any additional items.
For bags, it's just US$10 and US$5 for any addional bags.
This way, the order should be in your hands within 4 business days.

The internet sees no borders; there is no such thing as an international online order. The above offer is for everybody anywhere in the world.

Processing time will take up to 48 hours with items being shipped following this processing period. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. We cannot ship to PO boxes. We cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged packages. And, we cannot be held accountable for an extra fees incurred due to duties.

Shipping prices reflect shipping, handling and packaging fee.
Once your order is ready to ship, the shipping time reflects the transportation time it will take for your stuff to get to you from us.
Remember to allow for time in transit, as per your shipping choices.

Customs

All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Dailydozen online store cannot determine the amount in advance, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. EMS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Dailydozen online store does not receive any money from customs and import fees.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Dailydozen online store at our expense. We will then deduct that charge with the shipping charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
